I live in Jelgava, Latvia with my husband and 3 sweet and cheerful children-Agnija, Emils and Kristers.

EcoEmi it's Latvian, family owned small business I,, my husband Vilnis and my mom Aina!
The idea about our own kids clothing company (shop) came after birth of our third children Emils, that's why the name of shop is EcoEmi!

At the beggining we were two - I and my mom who is certified sewing technologist and were helping me with technical things!

Now we have 3 more certified tailors / assistans who are helping us in cutting and sewing work!

EcoEmi produces hand-made eco baby and kids clothes. We specialized in high quality, comfortable ecological baby and kids clothing in cheerful colours. All the fabrics (materials) we use are GOTS certified and are premium quality!

The most important features of our clothes – they are of top quality, comfortable, beautifully designed, functional and come in a bright array of different colours.

Our clothes are produced from natural organic fabrics, they are easy and comfortable to use and care for.

I like to crochet and knitt very much that's why a lot of dresses, especially for baptism (christenings) have different design elements like crochet and knitted cords, ribbons, flowers, wooden buttons, as well as various pieces of embroidery and embellishments.

EcoEmi products are produced with great care and respect for the environment. While finding the inspiration in my own kids, every clothing unit is thoroughly thought over – it is important for me that the clothes not only have a cute design but would also be natural, breathing, comfortable, would not cause allergies and hinder movements.

We only use organically grown cotton for EcoEmi clothes – all fabrics are certified and 100% organic. Organic cotton is soft, durable and flexible. It is grown and produced without using harmful chemicals and is therefore better for the sensitive baby skin. Clean and natural fibres let baby’s skin breathe!

I and EcoEmi support clean and healthy environment for it is not only the world we are living in, but also where our children are playing and growing up. By using organic cotton, we support sustainable farming, decrease earth pollution and increase the overall health quality. Every day children are exposed to toxic chemicals and harmful toxins. Children are our future and natural environment is one the most precious things in the world. By choosing to support sustainable and organic practices we help to develop and create a safer and healthier world.
